2017 Reflections & 2018 Resolutions

With 2017 coming to an end I have been reflecting on the year, things that went really well and things I want to change in 2018. See list below of 2017 reflections and 2018 resolutions.

2017 reflections:

  • Don’t let failure discourage you, let it be the driving force to make you do better
  • Comparison is the thief of joy
  • If you are unhappy about something, only YOU have the ability to change it
  • Family is everything, keep them close
  • Cherish and make time for good friends
  • God is first

2018 resolutions:

  • Find a good work/life balance
  • Drink MORE water (and find a good way to do this with apps like – Water Time Pro)
  • Make fitness a priority in my life (do more yoga)
  • Read The Daily Skim every morning
  • Set a budget and stick to it
  • Clean out my closet and donate things I no longer need
  • Make more time to volunteer, donate to a cause monthly
  • Join a bible study
  • Be more organized
  • Plan a trip to somewhere I’ve never been! Travel as much as possible
  • Eat healthier! and not give into my sweat tooth so often
